Serdang, 11 January 2026 – The SKETCH2MOTION: MOVING IDEAS programme organised by the Digitalization and Corporate Communication Secretariat (DigiComm), Majlis Perwakilan Kolej (MPK), Kolej Sepuluh, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), was successfully held at Thinker Space 2.0, Faculty of Engineering, UPM. The program involved 27 participants consisting of Asasi Pintar UKM students and residents of Kolej Sepuluh, with active engagement throughout the session.

The program aimed to provide early exposure to participants on the fundamentals and practical processes of animation production, while also introducing the animation industry and career opportunities in the digital creative field. Participants were exposed to basic visual design techniques, animation concepts, and hands-on training activities.

In addition, the program featured invited industry speakers, En. Khairul Aimran and En. Ahmad Razuri, who shared their professional experiences and guided participants in producing a simple animation in real time. The program also received support from various parties, contributing to its successful implementation.

Overall, the program successfully achieved its objectives in fostering creativity, interest, and technological skills among students, and is expected to nurture innovative and competitive graduates for the creative industry and digital economy.
