Ways to Handle Stress and Stress in Everyday Life

Lately, issues of depression and depression have become polemics discussed in conventional society.The Movement Control Order (MCO), the uncertainties of the country's economy and the Teaching and Learning situation at Home (PDPR) have caused most communities to face stress in their lives especially the youth and youth.Depression or depression is caused by prolonged stress, overdoing and the inability of an individual to respond to the problem.It is a physical, emotional and even mental reaction experienced by a person when there is an insistence on something.Anyone who adopts a variety of lifestyles whether children, teenagers, adults as well as senior citizens can experience stress or stress.For starters, here are 3 simple ways that can be implemented to overcome stress or stress as a guide to today's society.

 

The main practice in curbing stress and stress is to learn self-control of emotions.There is a slight, medium and excessive pressure which in the long term and cannot be handled by the individual.Therefore, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has introduced a short-term solution as a self-control emotion known as "10B" recreation.If you are facing stress, you are required to follow this method in a row i.e. calm down, breathe deeply, say relax to yourself, worship, talk to someone, take a massage, relax and listen to music, exercise, exercise and finally think positively.High blood pressure that is the cause of stress can be addressed by performing this method.There is no denying that the cause of stress is usually not from ourselves while things can be the cause.However, with the methods presented, we can prevent more negative things from happening.

 

Besides that, other alternatives that can be done by individuals to avoid stress and stress is by doing recreational activities such as exercising and exercising.It is common to know that recreational activities are beneficial if we are active in participating and doing so.For example, when someone plays badminton with friends, they can literally let go of the pressure they experience.Furthermore, sports games create a spirit of cooperation where a form of satisfaction is obtained if the individual team wins the game.Recreational facilities such as a fully equipped playground with jogging or cycling tracks can be used to rejuvenate the body.In conclusion, a healthy body will form a healthy mind.

 

In addition, stress or stress can be overcome by sharing the problems that have been faced to trusted individuals.This action not only reduces stress but also strengthens the relationship between individuals whether family members, friends or relatives.The Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development has developed the "Talian Kasih 15999" which operates for 24 hours daily.This crisis complaint line provides an opportunity for anyone with problems related to counseling, welfare, protection and family problems to get in touch with the officer on duty and they will help date or contactless individuals to share problems as well as to relieve stress.

 

In conclusion, there are various ways of relieving stress that can be done to overcome stress.It is a natural feeling that exists in each individual and many factors that lead to his or her insistence on an individual.By introducing a control mechanism against stress, we can make it a source of one's motivation to achieve success.Hopefully all modus operandi and initiatives to relieve stress or stress can reflect the nature of mahmudah in each individual and give birth to a society that lives in peace, safety and harmony.
