College Administration and Student Development are the two divisions of the K10 College. The Principal is appointed to oversee the business of the college as the executive officer of the university. The college administration is responsible for overseeing the college's infrastructure and logistics, including room assignment, maintenance, facilities, correspondence, and records.
The Student Development Division consists of Fellows and the College Representative Council (MPK). K10 has 13 staff and 11 fellows who support the college's planning in providing comfortable accommodations, a safe and conducive environment for students to produce students, and leaders with superior personalities.
