Term of Reference

1. Manage the administration of all cultural activities/competitions/performances at the college level.
2. Provide a platform for Tenth College students to dig, hone and highlight their talents in the field of arts and culture.
3. Implement ongoing guidance and mentoring to improve the performance of the Secretariat of Culture and the Arts of the Tenth Colleges.
4. Plan strategies to attract Tenth College students to participate in all programs of the Secretariat of Culture and the Arts and Tenth Colleges.
5. Maintaining a network with the Tenth Colleges, especially the Cultural Secretariat with Cultural Alumni.
6. Disseminate cultural arts information and encourage the growth of cultural arts activities among students.
7. Assist in finding specialist services to Tenth College students to improve skills and knowledge in the field of culture and the arts.
8. Monitor and coordinate the merit value of activities to optimize the talents and potential of Tenth College students.
9. Assist the management of the Tenth Colleges in making college activities successful from time to time.
