Term of Reference

1. Manage and conduct all official functions of the Tenth Colleges as a whole.
2. Provide a platform for Tenth College residents to form an integrity personality.
3. Organize workshops/seminars/courses related to protocol including event management, event hosting, civilized etiquette, and dress code.
4. Provide a platform for young talent search in the field of corporate communication especially event hosting.
5. Apply the element of integrity among the members of the secretariat and the people of the Tenth Colleges directly or indirectly.
6. Assist the management of Tenth Colleges in making college activities successful from time to time.
