1. Organize recreational programs that are high impact and flexible in various situations.
2. Manage matters related to recreation such as facilities, welfare and safety for students.
3. Responsible in implementing an active and recreational culture among Tenth College students.
4. Firmly monitor and supervise matters closely related to recreation.
5. Creating a healthy and disciplined community by cultivating students' interest in participating in recreational activities.
6. Assist the management of the Tenth Colleges in making college activities successful from time to time.
