Term of Reference

• Administer matters related to technical, website, social media site and photography of the Tenth College.
• Assist the management of the Ten Colleges in making college activities successful from time to time.

Technical Exco

1. Manage and take care of technical items belonging to the Tenth College.
2. Assist another secretariat in technical services during the program.
3. Update the damage status of technical items belonging to the Tenth College.
4. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the Ixora Room.

News and Website Exco

1. Update the college website as needed and achieve the set key performance index (KPI).
2. Write and publish articles and news related to the activities of Tenth College and Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Creative and Multimedia Exco

1. Manage the social media sites of Tenth College, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
2. Provide consistent visual notice for Tenth College.
3. Prepare activity reports to be uploaded on the social media site of the Tenth College.

Photography Exco

1. Provide the services of a photographer during the college program organized by the secretariat.
2. Collect and record a collection of photos of each event / program organized by the Tenth College.
3. Manage the use of cameras belonging to the Tenth College.
