Managing Reference Terms

1. Design, supervise and ensure that each MPK task is carried out according to their respective areas of work.
2. Ensure a fair and equitable division of labor.

Correspondence and University Notice

1. Receive and manage all incoming letters from any party to MPK.
2. Distribute all university announcement notices to MPK for action and/or announcements to students.

Meeting

1. Chair of the MPK Monthly Meeting.
2. Attend any university meeting or university responsibility center that requires the presence of the MPK President.
3. Voice matters or issues to the College Management for the College's attention in the form of discussions or correspondence.

College Publicity 

1. Design the image, improve and rebrand the Ten College by implementing a plan to improve publicity and publicity to all students and parties.
2. Monitor and ensure all College social media is well managed.
3. Present the performance of the College's social media update in the MPK Monthly Meeting.
