Deputy Vice President Activity

Merit

1. Manage overall merit documentation (level merit and secretariat merit).
2. Propose the number of merits/demerits and monitor the number of merits given to students.
3. Monitor all merit/demerit documents of each secretariat and ensure regular filling of merits.
4. Set a merit briefing date and merit book distribution.
5. Ensure and draft the date of merit review, merit number notification, and issuance of student list according to the highest merit (one semester, twice the announcement of merit results).
6. Draft the overall merit calculation date and the student merit book.

Male Student Placement

1. Assist the College management in the placement of male students.
2. Have and always update the Full List of Male Student Placements.
3. Present the Report on the Number of Current Male Students (by level, year of study, racial breakdown, course of study, undergraduate/postgraduate, citizen / international) & the number of current vacancies in the MPK Monthly Meeting. 

Placement of Female Students

1. Assist the College management in the placement of female students.
2. Have and always update the Full List of Female Student Placement.
3. Present the Report on the Number of Current Female Students (by level, year of study, racial breakdown, course of study, undergraduate/postgraduate, citizen / international) & the number of current vacancies in the MPK Month

College Activities and Calendars

1. Formulate, manage, and update the calendar of College activities.
2. Ensure that each activity is planned according to the planning date.
3. Manage the involvement of Fellow Advisors or Fellow Monitoring programs. Liaise with the College Management for student activity planning.
