College Activity Report & Website

1. Ensure and review and document all activity reports for programs that have been conducted in accordance with the Full Activity / College Program Reporting Procedure.
2. Ensure that all program reports are submitted to the K10 Technical Crew to be included in the College's official website, Instagram and Facebook from time to time.
3. Regulate and ensure the info of the official website of Kolej Sepuluh is always updated with the latest information.
4. Ensure that Activity / Program Reports are sent to the Student Affairs Division according to the set time period.
5. Update the checklist of each program that has or has not submitted the Activity / Program Report.
6. Present the College Activity / Program Report (programs that have been implemented the previous month) and activities / programs that will be implemented next month during the MPK Monthly Meeting.

Mobility Program

1. Design, plan and manage all Ten College mobility activities.
2. Collect and manage all documentation related to College mobility activities.
3. Present the Progress Report of the College Mobility Program during the MPK Monthly Meeting.

External Network

1. Establish new network relationships with external parties and maintain existing network relationships with external parties such as sponsorship and cooperation.
2. Ensure that at least 1 external networking activity is implemented throughout the academic session.
