Kolej Sepuluh, 13 September 2024 - The Ilham Perkasa Camp program organized by the Supreme Council Member, the College Representative Council (MPK) of Kolej Sepuluh Session 2024/2025 has been held successfully for five days starting from 9 to 13 September 2024 located at Dewan Sri Budiman & Scientific Room, Sepuluh College and Counseling Auditorium, Counseling Division, Universiti Putra Malaysia. This performance program is held to emphasize the improvement of the College Representative Council (MPK) of Kolej Sepuluh for the new session as well as exposure related to aspects of cooperation, the importance of team spirit that can be practiced in the organization and also the college in the future.

This program was attended by 39 MPK members and was officiated by the Principal of Kolej Sepuluh, YBrs. Ts. Dr. Luthffi Idzhar Ismail, who in his speech emphasized the importance of experience in the organization. He stated, "Through this experience, you as a participant can train yourself to become a leader of caliber in an organization". The agenda of this program is in line with the speech he gave, which is to reveal to the MPK ranks with a variety of comprehensive knowledge and leadership skills, including communication skills, effective leadership style and principles of high integrity. All these planned activities are specially designed to build self-confidence and build communication among the members of the organization.

According to the KIP 2024 Program Director, Sister Wan Nur Afiqah, this camp is a menu with full attention in the slots designed to maximize all the knowledge that will be gained and thus be used as a springboard for preparation to carry out tasks with full dedication and responsibility. With this successful program, the MPK line-up for the new session can gain a variety of new knowledge to ensure the continued strengthening of the organization. Through this initiative, it is hoped that the MPK line-up for this new session will always be ready to serve the college and contribute to the excellence of the organization as a whole.
