This program is a continuation program of the Volunteer Secretariat for the 2022/2023 Session and is held to develop cooperation with the local community to support the homeless and orphans. In addition, this program aims to protect and preserve their cultural and religious identity. With the sponsorship from the Vfive Foundation, the main purpose of this program can be continued and implemented to give opportunities and awareness to students to form their identity from the aspect of volunteering. This program focuses on several volunteer contexts for the welfare of the surrounding community. Through this program, students can practice soft skills such as communication skills to train students to efficiently serve the community, especially orphans and the homeless. At the same time, as students we respond to the government's efforts in empowering the value of caring and the concept of CIVIL Malaysia which focuses on close ties between students and the community.

The MADANI @ K10 Outreach 2.0 Student Bright Program involving 27 students and 2 escort officers of Sepuluh College, Universiti Putra Malaysia was held at Telaga Kasih Nur Muhammad Care Center, Petaling Jaya. Several activities that have been carried out such as coloring competitions and the distribution of stationery kits have been able to expose the residents of the care center to positive values as part of efforts to produce individuals capable of stimulating their creative potential. Through this program, the participants are given the opportunity to be friendly with the orphans, indirectly they can also maintain a culture of respect and love for each other. The responsibility regarding the affairs of orphans is clearly mentioned in surah Al-Baqarah, verse 220 which means: "And they ask you (O Muhammad) about orphans. Say that doing good to them (orphans) is a good thing".

The implementation of this program can increase the awareness of students and all parties in general about the welfare of orphans in guaranteeing the well-being of the community by bringing positive changes to build a more peaceful and harmonious community. In addition to paying attention to the less fortunate groups in order to inculcate sympathy, empathy and love among students, the relationship between the community also became closer through the cooperation forged throughout the program.
