Kolej Sepuluh, UPM – On 25 May 2024, the Volunteer Secretariat of the College Representative Council (MPK) of Kolej Sepuluh Session 2023/2024 organized the Serve & Care Program in collaboration with the UPM Student Union (KM), Student Affairs Division (BHEP), College Management Ten Malaysian Putra Universities.

The Serve & Care Program is a volunteering program that provides mentor-mentee services to children in the Norlina Alawi Big Family, also known as the PERNIM Shelter. This program aims to increase the spirit of volunteerism in helping orphans in terms of education. Scientific activities carried out with the children of this extended family can shape the character of Kolej Sepuluh to become individuals with high character and concern for the less fortunate. In addition, this program can also improve students' skills in the delivery of knowledge and effective communication skills.

The organization of this program involves teaching English and Mathematics to children from kindergarten, primary school, junior high school, and high school to help improve their academic performance. Learning modules are prepared by facilitators according to the latest curriculum to facilitate the teaching process and learning.. This program includes interactive activities designed to stimulate children's interest and motivation in the academic field. Through this approach, it is hoped that children can reach their full potential in their studies. In addition to that, through this program the facilitators also shared tips and preparations for SPM graduates to prepare to become students.
