TENTH COLLEGE, UPM, 14 November 2021 - From 6 November 2021 to 14 November 2021, The Technical and Multimedia Secretariat has organized a program called World Under Your Fingertip (WUYF) which is to ensure that Technical and Multimedia Secretariat members are trained and well-guided in editing posters and operating online programs. Notice about this program was issued two days before the WUYF program began. During this program, students were invited to the Zoom application to participate in workshops and poster design competitions. In this program, there was a Photoshop Workshop slot that took place on November 6, 2021. The workshop was dedicated to developing the talents of the participants in multimedia editing such as Photoshop to produce creative and good-quality posters. In addition, an Online Program Handling Workshop slot was also held on 14 November 2021 which specializes in the use of Streamyard, Google Meet, and Zoom platforms for the implementation of the event so that the online event organized by Tenth College went smoothly. The implementation of these two workshops is very important for the Technical Secretariat which is among the support secretariat in running the ceremony at Tenth College and this program has received huge responses from members of the Secretariat including other students of the Tenth Colleges. This program will not only enhance the knowledge of the participants but also assist the Technical and Multimedia Secretariat in finding new talents who are skilled in the production of broadcast materials such as posters and handling online programs, especially during this pandemic phase. Next, the contest that has been carry out was a Creative Poster Competition with the theme of Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT). The competition was held after the completion of the Photoshop Workshop. The objective of the competition is to acquire new talents in poster editing skills. The competition began on 6 November 2021 and ended on 11 November 2021 while the evaluation session took place on 12 and 13 November 2021. Throughout the program, all students made good commitments. Students are also actively asking questions during the session. Most importantly, there was a Question&Answer session which was answered by the event organizer. The announcement of the winners of the Creative Poster competition was given after the completion of the last workshop, the Online Program Handling Workshop. This program has been successfully implemented and also received positive feedback from students.
