SERDANG, 1 Oct- The Sarawak Child Welfare Association (PERKASA) convened a meeting first time for the 2019/2020 session with new students in particular. Meetings that have been held on October 1, 2019 at the UPM Academic Complex, attended by over 70 students including 12 from Tenth College. During the meeting, new students revealed about the upcoming activities like Lan Berambeh 2019 held at the Malaysia International Trade Exhibition Center (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur on October 19 2019 is coming. 12 new students from College 10 will also participate. The first meeting was also attended by Dr. Razak is also a lecturer PERKASA UPM advisor.

In addition, the students were also introduced to the PERKASA committee members lead  by Ms. Alice Mintong, chairman of PERKASA. Through this meeting, the achievements of the Sarawak children were introduced to new students like the achievements of getting second place in the Suara Gema Borneo competition, as well as other achievements of the Bidotin Tirindak as the representative group from PERKASA.

According to Dr. Razak as UPM PERKASA advisory lecturer, he encouraged all children of Sarawak to be active in participating in PERKASA activities to further enhance its name.
