Port Dickson, December 17, 2023 - The Tenth College Representative Council (MPK), in collaboration with the Sports and Recreation Secretariat (SRX), successfully organized the Semarak Siswa Madani @ K10 HikeRex event at the Tanjung Tuan Eco-Forest Park. Aimed at promoting environmental stewardship and a healthy lifestyle among students, the event saw a gathering of 32 participants, comprising two fellows and 30 students from Tenth College (K10).

The day-long event focused on engaging activities designed to increase awareness about the importance of environmental conservation, particularly in coastal areas. Participants were educated on the impact of pollution on beach ecosystems and the importance of preserving natural habitats for future generations.

In addition to environmental education, the program included a segment titled "Solidarity Free Palestine," which allowed participants and 30 community members to express their support for the people of Palestine, highlighting the event's community engagement and social awareness components.

The Sports and Recreation Secretariat of Tenth College expressed deep satisfaction with the outcome of the event and congratulated all participants. The organizers hope that the activities not only fostered a greater appreciation for the environment among students but also encouraged them to adopt healthier lifestyles and contribute positively to their communities. The Semarak Siswa Madani @ K10 HikeRex represents a significant step towards building a more conscious and responsible society, with the Tenth College’s community at the forefront of this admirable endeavor.
