Ten College, UPM, June 14, 2021 - On June 13 and 13, 2021, the Environmental Secretariat organized a program called A Break From Polystyrene. A Break From Polystyrene This is a program where students are asked to bring their own food containers and do not use polystyers that have been prepared to buy food at the Ten College. The main purpose of the program is to raise student awareness on the importance of environmental care as well as knowing things that can pollute the beauty of the environment. In addition, the program is also expected to produce a community that emphasizes environmental care begins with the practice of reducing polystyers. The program has successfully received a warm welcome among UPM college students. Every student carrying his own food container to buy food at College 10 cafe will get merit through the registration counter. Students only need to show the container carried, then the registration will allow the student to scan the QR code to register at the link for merit claims. The program has been successfully implemented and has also received a positive response from students. Some of them also ask this program to continue in the future. In conclusion, the objectives of the program have been successfully conducted to college students 10 and the program is also expected to apply the nature of the environment with no pollution.
