26 December 2021, ACACIA AND ALAMANDA ROOM - The Academic Secretariat, College Representative Council (MPK) of Tenth College Session 2021/2022 has organized a gotong - royong activity, namely Gotong - Royong Bilik Acacia and Alamanda. This activity was held to clean the special rooms of the Academic Secretariat, namely the Acacia and Alamanda Rooms so that they are more conducive and can be used by students to carry out discussion and training activities.

The activity started with the students gathering for breakfast. After breakfast, the students were informed about the journey and the distribution of tasks during the gotong - royong activity. Then, the students were divided into two groups to clean the two rooms that have been set, namely the Acacia Room located on the 3rd floor of the Men's Block and the Alamanda Room located behind the Women's Block.The students have segregated the items and books that are in the room whether they can still be used or not.  Books from the Acacia Room were collected and placed in the Alamanda Room. The unused books will be sent to the recycling center while books related to subjects from the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Design and Architecture will be distributed free of charge to students in need that will be announced later. 

The gotong-royong activity ended around 1.00 pm with the distribution of lunch to the students that were involved. Hopefully, these activities will bring benefit for the students involved with their willingness to work up a sweat to help clean the room that can be used by all students later.
