UPM, 14 December 2019 - Academic Workshop 2019 Program: How To Write CV? was held at the Seminar Hall, Faculty of Engineering. The program organized by the Secretariat of Academic has involved 11 committee members. The program begins at 8.30 am with participants registration and breakfast. A total of 68 students were enrolled but only 62 students attended the program including the AJK program. A fee of RM8.00 is charged to each attendee. Payments include breakfast, lunch and stationery including files, paper and a pen. The guest speaker, Mr Ahmad Qadri bin Basri arrived at the Faculty of Engineering at 8.45am and had breakfast before commencing his sharing session. During the sharing session, Mr. Qadri explained some basic tips for presenting the Curriculum Vitae to the participants in the perspective of a professional employer. These include the goals and objectives of the CV, the shape and pattern of the CV, as well as the placement and experience. The sharing session ended at approximately 12pm. Fellow Advisor, Mr. Sapari bin Mat and Monitoring Officer, Ms Suriana bint Zakaria were present at the gift-giving session to Mr. Qadri. The souvenir provided is a copy of a book and a sum of cash. The event was unveiled at about 12.30pm after lunch. Faculty merit is distributed to each student present before leaving the Seminar Hall.
