Tenth College, UPM, April 7, 2021 - On April 4, 2021, Secretariat of Volunteerism and Secretariat of Environment had organized a program named Health For You (Health 4U). The Health 4U program is a talk that gives awareness to students about health involving the outbreak of Coronavirus pandemic which is known as Covid-19 and the dengue epidemic that is seen lightly by society. The talk is done to give awareness to the society so that the epidemic is not regarded lightly especially among young people. The main purpose of the program is held to raised awareness and volunteerism in the students of the University Putra Malaysia on the importance of maintaining health which is the responsibility of all parties.

A total of 347 students of University Putra Malaysia had registered themselves to listen to the talk. The audience were present at 10 in the morning before the start of the talk, while the speaker Dr. Rafee  was present at the tenth college at 9.00 am. Before the first slot of the talk started, the students were asked to scan the QR code that was displayed on the screen through YouTube Official College Tenth. The students were asked to scan the QR code before the second slot was started as well. In addition, the link of quizzes in each slot had also been pinned in the comments to make it easier for the audience to involve themselves in question and answer session. The program ended on April 4, 2021, 1.05 afternoon.

The program was successful and there were positive feedback from the audience. The success of this program can also be seen through feedback at the Google Form about the quiz that had been quoted by the speakers of both slots during the program. In conclusion, the objective of this program was achieved and it is hoped that volunteerism and health caring will be practiced among the students.
