Ilham Perkasa Camp (IPC) Tenth College 2022

SEMINAR HALL, FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AND KALUMPANG RESORT & TRAINING CENTRE, KERLING, SEPTEMBER 27, 2022 – The College Representative Council (MPK) of Tenth College Session 2022/2023 has organized a program which is Ilham Perkasa Camp (IPC) Tenth College 2022 on 21 to 25 September 2022 (Wednesday – Sunday). The program ran successfully for five days and four nights with active participation from the participants. A total of 39 participants consisting of 21 men and 18 women. The objective of this program has been successfully achieved where it aims to educate students to become future leaders who are broad-minded in the field they are engaged in as well as efficient, dedicated, and trustworthy in carrying out the responsibilities given.

 

The program started with the opening ceremony, which was officiated by the Principal of Tenth College, Prof. Ts. Dr. Wan Zuha Wan Hasan and continued with a two-day lecture held at the Seminar Hall, Faculty of Engineering. Various exposures were given to the new line of the College Representative Council (MPK) of Tenth College about program management, merit briefings, sponsorship management, meeting management, explanation of paper format and writing official letters. All these activities are very important as a preparation for future leaders who will lead an organization and operate high-impact programs.

 

Then, the workshop with the management of Tenth College continued on the third day, where this workshop discussed the direction of Tenth College in the next three years. Various interesting and relevant ideas were successfully presented by the participants during this activity. On the fourth day, the program continued with activities with the facilitators from the Kalumpang Resort & Training Center where the objective of this activity was to strengthen the relationship between MPK, fellows and the management of Tenth College. Activities such as crossing the forest, crossing the river, treasure hunt and night walk were successfully carried out without any untoward incident.

On the last day of the program, the closing ceremony was held at Kalumpang Resort & Training Center and was officiated by the Administrative Officer of Tenth College representing the Principal of Tenth College. A program feedback form has also been distributed to the participants to identify any improvements for this program that need to be made in the future. It is hoped that this program can be continued and improved to produce leaders who are flexible from various aspects.
