Serdang, January 31, 2022 - Corporate Communications & Integrity Secretariat (COMMRATE), College Ten (K10) has successfully organized the K10 Speak Up program! Through the Instagram application for 10 weeks from 8 November 2021 until 30 January 2022. The program is made privately by targeting the involvement of ten college students with the aim of unleashing, polishing and highlighting their talents to interact in public and has attracted a total of 49 participants. Additionally, the program is also designed to provide a special knowledge-sharing platform for ten college students through verbal communication methods to nurture and improve existing communication skills.

For those who want to participate, they need to register each using a weekly link and video delivery will be closed on every Thursday for the duration of the week. Registered participants need to record short videos of public speaking within not less than 60 seconds and need to be uploaded into Google Form available. Participants will then be assessed based on intonation (voice & technique bounce), appearance (neat & attractive), style (face and body language), as well as effort & creativity.

Weekly winners will receive a cash prize of RM20 and the main winner will receive a cash prize of RM100. The Secretariat and Management of the Ten College congregate all the weekly winners and the entire winner of the Sister Aina Binti Akmal. Hopefully this program can have a positive impact on participants by continuing to work in the field of public speaking.
