TENTH COLLEGE, UPM, 29 SEPTEMBER 2021 - Tenth College's Kem Ilham Perkasa (KIP) is a program organized by the Tenth College's Representative Council (MPK) session 2021/2022. The objective of the camp is aimed at emphasizing the College Representative Group's performance and exposing them to the cooperation aspects and the importance of team spirit to all the participants. Participants need to be equipped with leadership knowledge and skills in management, motivation and effective communication. On September 25, 2021, was the start of the KIP program where the opening ceremony was held. Subsequently, various activities are being carried out in line with the program's objectives, which are to provide exposure to cooperation. Camp starts from 9 am to 10 pm on the first day. On September 26, 2021, the camp continued with activities such as Quality Management System and college's questions and answers session, Sponsorship Management, Publicity Management, and Protocol Management Briefing. In the evening, a slot with Alhijrah TV Executive Director, Mr Namanzee Harris, was held and named as Holistic leader. On the next day, start with a paperwork format description, meeting management briefing and letter-writing workshop. Next, the activities carried out are the discussion of the program's paperwok with the advisory fellows. On September 29, 2021, the closing ceremony of the Kem Ilham Perkasa (KIP) 2021 was held to close the 5 days program.
