LEAD CAMP 2020 – FIND THE BEST
Serdang, 18 January 2020 – College Representative Council (MPK) College of ten sessions 2019/2020 had organised the Leadership programme, Exploration and Development Camp 2020 (LEAD CAMP 2020) located at Kolej Ten, within the UPM and Sultan Idris Shah Forest Education (SISFEC). A total of 76 participants comprising 39 men and 37 women who were chosen to participate in the LEAD CAMP 2020 programme. The commencement of registration of the programme participants was on 13 January 2020 at the foyer of the female block, ten college. A total of 39 facilitators were directly involved in the making of the LEAD CAMP 2020.
 Various activities that have been carried out in certain slots include the Ice Breaking which aims to create a contact between the participants. In addition, the "College snippet" slot was also carried out on the same day that during this slot, the ten college manager, Puan Rahiza Abu Hanipah was also present to share on issues and problems that the participants had brought. In addition to the activities of training in the group (LDK), the participants were also exposed to a recreational slot conducted by particular MPK every morning and evening throughout the programme.
 Most of the activities were leadership training for the participants, as an example of giant ' giants ' activities conducted by the brothers Huzaifi and sisters. In this activity, participants have to make a lifetime of each group within a short period of time. Through this activity, it is able to train participants to collaborate on the group as well as to respond quickly and efficiently in conducting tasks within the stipulated timeframe. All of these things are very necessary in a leader.
 Subsequently, on 15 January 2020, the participants moved to Sultan Idris Shah Forest Education (SISFEC), accompanied by several fellows who also helped to monitor the safety of the participants and MPK throughout the activity. Various activities were carried out in SISFEC between the Survival Night and Night Walk. During the period, the safety of the participants was very much more important. The participants returned back to the ten college on 17 January 2020 to prepare the launching ceremony of the LEAD CAMP 2020.
 The opening ceremony of the LEAD CAMP 2020 was held at Dewan Sri Budiman, the Ten College at 9.00 pm. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Naszroul Haqimiee Rahmat as a guest of honour and Che Dini Maryani Che Mohammad Ishkandar El-Rahimin as an advisory fellow for the program LEAD Camp 2020 as well as the fellows and the Council of the College Representation (MPK). It is hoped that such programs can be improved and continued in the future.
