Tenth College, 15 December 2019 - From 6 to 8 December 2019, the Spiritual and Unity secretariat held a One Step Toward Better (OSTB) program held at Tenth College. Various activities were held to enhance the participants' understanding of performing fardhu ain and fardhu kifayah. The first activity is 'happy Friday.' The purpose of this activity is to encourage students to wear Shariah-compliant clothing for Muslims and to wear decent clothing for non-Muslims. Guidelines were set before this activity was carried out so that students could meet their requirements. Next, the reading of yasin and prayers are performed in pilgrimage to increase the spiritual value of the self. On Saturday, the activity started after dusk as many students took the co-curriculum during the day. Quranic literacy activities are held separately for men and women. This activity focuses on the law of tajwid and the letter makra. In effect, students can read the Quran correctly. In addition, on the last Sunday, three activities were held: prayer services, funeral management and premier talks. Prayers for prayer and burial management are held separately for men and women. This is to make it more gender-focused. Lastly, the preliminary talk delivered by PU Rahmat entitled viral, slanderous and dangerous pornography has been well documented. With the end of the inaugural talk the end of the OSTB program.
