Corporate Coaching 2021 through the YouTube Live platform (Tenth College Channel) includes three (3) program slots on difference dates. The program which started as early as 8.15 p.m. was held specifically for K10 students with the aim of providing basic exposure, instructing, and training participants to managing formal ceremonies guided by proper protocol. This intensive program is also designed as one of the initial platforms to cultivate participants' self-confidence to be able to interact with various parties, especially when dealing with high-ranking individuals capable in managing a ceremony guided by correct and accurate ethics and protocol.

On 27 March 2021 (Saturday) there was a one (1) slot entitled Management Workshop and Work Movement. This 2 hour and 15 minutes slot was presented by the Guest Speaker, Madam Shahzatul Ermiza binti Johol who is also the Chief Assistant Registrar at the University of Malaya. The sharing of these slots is more about management and work before a program is run. This slot was attended by a total of 852 Tenth College students.

On 3 April 2021 (Saturday) there were two (2) slots entitled Protocol Workshop and Lawyer. This 2 hour and 15 minutes slot was presented by the Guest Speaker, Madam Arba’ah Md Salleh who is also a Science Officer, Institute of Bioscience, University Putra Malaysia. The sharing of these slots is more of a disclosure of proper ceremony protocols as well as a good hosting technique. This slot was attended by a total of 450 Tenth College students.

The last slot took place on April 9, 2021 (Friday) with the featured title of Ethics and Application Workshop. This slot was specially presented by En. Ludinata Misnun who is the Chief Assistant Registrar, Center for Entrepreneurship and Graduate Marketability, University Putra Malaysia. This slot focuses on the types of attires that follow the protocol of a ceremony.

Overall, participants were seen to be active as early as the program began. The ‘comment’ section is constantly bombarded with various forms of questions related to the workshops that have been conducted. This is indirectly proving such a program is important in shaping students' self -confidence as well as being able to improve their communication skills. However, these two way interaction sessions can be handled well as a result of cooperation of the moderator and the Guest Speaker.
