SERDANG, 29 NOV 2020 ­- Corporate Communications & Integrity Secretariat (Commrate), Tenth College have successfully organized a program Emcee Challenge through social media ‘Instagram’ application. The program which started exactly at 12 midnight on 23^rd November 2020 runs for a week specifically for students of Tenth College with the aim of unearthing, polishing, and highlighting their talents as an emcee. In addition, the Emcee Challenge program is organized with intention of finding an emcee who have potential to develop their talents for formal and informal K10 events.

The five (5) days program was participated by 12 participants consisting of Tenth College students of 2020/2021. Registered participants are required to record their short video of the program using the text provided in about 60 to 90 seconds and then upload the recording to their own social media using the hashtag #EmceeChallenge with the mandatory caption @commrate.k10upm. Each participant will be evaluated based on intonation (bounce of voice & technique), appearance (neat & attractive), style (face expressions & body language), effort & creativity as well as special props (background).

The secretariat congratulated the champion of Malay categories; Afiqah Izzati binti Sundusin (IG: fragilefiqah) and the champion of English categories; Chuah Xin Qin (IG:elephant.downstairs). The first-place winner took home rm50 while the second place rm30 and third place rm20 for each category competed.
