On October 16, 2023, the Level Chairpersons Committee organized the Tenth College Secretariat Bazaar at Tenth College (K10), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). The program aims to enhance students' knowledge of College Ten secretariats and open registration for secretariat members. This initiative is expected to encourage student involvement in college activities and provides an opportunity to foster self-confidence and leadership. Prior notice of the program was communicated, and each secretariat received briefings on program implementation.

Students were asked to choose their preferred secretariat. Registration was conducted in stages, starting with Year 1 from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM and Year 2 and above from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM. The program took place at College Ten Square for three hours. After the program, each secretariat closed, tallied, and reported the number and names of registered students. The program received good cooperation from students and positive feedback.
