TENTH COLLEGE, UPM, 07 Nov 2021 – On 17 October 2022, the Board of Level Chairs organized a program which was the Kolej Sepuluh Secretariat Bazaar. This aims to increase students' knowledge related to the secretariat in Kolej Sepuluh and further open the registration of secretariat members to Kolej Sepuluh students. This program will indirectly encourage Kolej Sepuluh students to involve themselves in the activities organized by Kolej Sepuluh. In addition, this program has the opportunity to cultivate a sense of identity and leadership qualities in them. The notice about the Secretariat Bazaar program was publicized a few days in advance before the program took place so that every student of Kolej Sepuluh is aware and aware of the implementation of this Secretariat Bazaar. Before the program took place, each secretariat was given a briefing on how the program would take place. Each secretariat is required to create excel or google sheets using a laptop. Throughout the program, the students are asked to choose the secretariat they are interested in at least one and a maximum of three secretariats. This program takes place at the Tenth College Square. Precisely at 8.30 p.m., excel or google sheets for secretariat registration for Year 1 are open until 9.30 p.m. Next, at 9.30 p.m. until 10.30 p.m., registration for Year 2 students and above is open. The Secretariat Bazaar which will take place on 17 October 2022 has also been publicized by the College Representative Council (MPK) of Kolej Sepuluh through the WhatsApp application. Throughout the program, all students have provided good cooperation. Any questions that arise have been submitted to the College Representative Council (MPK), which is the Level Chairs' Assembly (JPA) in charge. This program lasts for 3 hours, starting at 8.30 p.m. until 10.30 p.m. After this program ends, each secretariat is asked to close, count and at the same time finalize the number and names of students who have joined their respective secretariats. This program has been implemented successfully and also received positive feedback from students.
