SERDANG, 4 SEPT – In conjuction of the intakes of new student 19/20, Department of Biology and Agricultural Engineering (DBAE) had set up a motivational talk ‘Program Personaliti Diri’ by Megat Muhammad Irfan bin Megat Mohd Safawi, EXCO Akademik MSAE-SC. The talk was held at ‘Dewan Seminar’ of Faculty of Engineering and it was an effort to put up by DBAE to help first year student to identify their personality and it was also one of the yearly program held by Malaysian Society of Agricultural Engineers- Student Chapter (MSAE-SC).

This program had given many advantages to the student where student gets to identify their own ability and more focus on creating an impact towards themselves, society and the country. Students also get to adapted themselves comfortably in this new environment and communicate well. Students can also give the best reaction towards their behaviour by achieving their goals.

Encik Mohamad Ashaari Bin Awab, a Senior Psychologist in UPM was also invited to give a talk. One of the content of the talk was that he introduced a convenient way of studying for students based on the learning style test which is Auditori, Visual and Kinestetik (AVK).

Other than motivational talk, the program had also invited 2 successfull KBP’s alumni which is Dato’ Nursiah Arshad and En. Radzi Muhammad Dul. Both were former students of UPM and KBP. The purpose of the invitation for both of this individu was to share their experience in UPM and to give inspiration to the students to achieve their goals.
