On 22 December 2020 to 20 January 2021, the Board of Level Chairmen has organized a program called Talk X Talent (TXT), which aims to unearth student talent and open opportunities for students to gain knowledge through sharing from experienced invited guests. This program not only instills a high spirit in students to engage in activities that can highlight their talents, but also aims to generate curiosity in students regarding the topics of talks held in the TXT program. Notice of this program was issued on the first day the TXT program began. During the program, students are invited to participate in competitions and talks held on the YouTube channel of Kolej Sepuluh, K10 UPM. Among the competitions that have been held are Digital Art, Magic Trick Video, Your Design For All and Covid-19 Lifestyle Challenge Video. The talk that was held was the Skincare Talk, Makeup And Hijab Stylist Tutorial, Future Talk and Marketability In E-Commerce.The competitions start on December 21, 2020 and end on January 6, 2021, while the Makeup And Hijab Stylist Tutorial talks (January 1, 2021), Future Talk (January 8, 2021) and Marketability In E-Commerce (January 14, 2021). Exactly at 8.00 pm, the talk started and ended at 10.00 pm. Throughout the program, all students gave a good response and commitment. Students are also not shy to ask questions during the program. All questions that arose were answered by the Committee Members TXT itself. The announcement of the winners of the competition was given during the closing ceremony of the program.The program has been implemented successfully and also received a positive response from students.
