Tenth College, UPM, 9 April 2022 - On 18 December 2021 and 2 April 2022, Secretariat of and Multimedia had organized a program namely Technical and Website Enhancement Workshop which aims to ensure members of Secretariat of Technical and Multimedia and other Tenth College students are well trained and mentored in managing official websites of Tenth College and operation of PA System. A notice about the program for this first slot was released four days before the start of the program.

Throughout the program, there were 36 participants who attended the program in two locations, Computer Lab 4, Faculty of Engineering and Sri Budiman Hall, Tenth College, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). In this program there is a Website Enhancement Workshop on 18 December 2021 located at Computer Lab 4, Faculty of Engineering, UPM. The workshop is dedicated to training participants in managing the official website of Tenth College.

In addition, PA System Workshop was held on April 2, 2022 which specializes in the use and operation of Tenth College PA System so that the students of Tenth college have better understanding on how to operate the PA System during an official ceremony. Notice of the PA System Workshop program was issued three days before the slot of the program was held.

The implementation of this program for these two slots are very important for the Secretariat of Technical and Multimedia as they play a major role in implementation of any event. This program received great response from students of Tenth College. This program is not only able to provide new exposure and knowledge to students but also provide an opportunity for new talents in website and PA system management. Throughout the program, all participants provided good feedback. Tenth College students participated actively by asking questions during the program. All the questions were answered well by the speakers. Overall, the program was successful as participants provided positive responses via Google Form.
