Youtube Live K10 UPM, January 15, 2022 - On January 15, 2022, the Academic Secretariat has organized an online program of Webinar: Youth International Talk 3.0 themed ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY. This program is a medium of exchange of youths among university students. The main focus of the program is to discuss the correlation of academic achievement and cultural diversity among students as well as to educate students that the participation of various cultures with different backgrounds and needs in a matter can help students grow in a very challenging world. This is because it is important for students to be active and engage in communities at local, national and global levels.

At 8:00 pm, the program links held through the Ten College YouTube platform have been disseminated to university students. The program started exactly at 8.30 pm preceded by a welcome speech by moderators. There are two Invite panel for this program, Irsyad Hadi Farhan bin Arizal (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign) and Brother Munther Mohammad Qasem al-Qiaki (Alumni Yarmouk University, Jordan) while Ooi Yun Sheng's brother as a moderator from UPM. The Invitation Panel has partnered students in the face of current challenges in learning despite various differences in opinion and culture. Students can also get helpful tips and information from panels in terms of experience, relationships and environments. During the question and answer session slot, various questions have been submitted by the participants to the panel. The program received a very encouraging response from university students regardless of both inside and outside the country. The program lasted for two hours and expired at 10.00 pm. Participants who watch this program have been given feedback links and program attendance. Through the feedback given by the participants, the program can be improved from time to time so that future programs can be implemented successfully.

The rationale of this program, which is emphasized to students, is about the importance of multicultural participation with different backgrounds and needs in a matter of helping students to grow in a very challenging world. This is because students are youths who play an important role in their lives and the surrounding communities. Hopefully the success of the program can promote Universiti Putra Malaysia as an active university in holding high-impact academic programs.
