SHAH ALAM, 6 Oct – UPM was invited to the “MELAYU DIGNITY CONGRESS” with YAB Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad. 200 Malay male student and 100 Malay female student of tenth college were involved in this congress. This congress occurred on Sunday 6 October 2019 at Shah Alam Melawati’s stadium. This congress started at 8.00 A.M and ended around 1.00 P.M. speeches were given by the representative of UM, UPM, UPSI, and UITM. The speeches given were all about resolution on how to make Malaysia a much better country in the future. There was a martial art performance before the speeches were given. “ANAK KECIL MAIN API” song was sang by Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza Taruddin along welcoming the arrival of Malaysia Prime Minister, Tun Dr.Mahathir Mohamad and his wife, Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah Mohamad Ali.
