It is to be informed that the 2nd Semester holiday of Session 2022/2023 will start from 17 July (Monday) to 1 October 2023 (Sunday) for eleven (11) weeks. Accordingly, all students of Sepuluh College are required to pay attention and take the following actions:
CLEAR THE ROOM
a) Before the student hands over the room key at the General Office of Kolej Sepuluh, the student needs to ensure and implement the following:-
The room is clean, no trash.
The furniture is arranged as original.
Closets are emptied, clean and do not lock.
All posters are removed.
Light switches, fans and sockets should be turned off.
Windows should be closed and room doors locked.
b) Failure to act on item (a) above will be fined RM 50.00.
2. ROOM KEY RETURN
a) Key return can be done during office hours at the College General Office.
Key return dates are as follows:-
Date : 15 & 16 July 2023 (Saturday and Sunday)
Time: 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
Place: College Sepuluh General Office
b) Failure of the student to act on item (a), a fee of RM 4.00 will be charged
daily until the room is vacated and the key returned.
** Students are not allowed to return room keys on behalf of friends or roommates. If this happens, students may be fined RM50.00 each.
3. ACCOMMODATION DURING HOLIDAYS
Wing C and D will be used as accommodation rooms during the semester holidays. Students who wish to stay during the holidays are required to fill in the Semester Holiday Accommodation Application Form and register at the College Office and make payment before the stay begins through the DuitNow QR application. Strict action will be taken against students who are found to be staying without permission or staying with other people.
4. COLLEGE EQUIPMENT
All borrowed college equipment, especially sports, cultural,
electricity and other tools must be returned before or on 14 July 2023 (Friday).
5. STORAGE PLACE
The College will provide a place to store items in the pantry provided on each Level in the Accommodation Block.
6. COLLEGE REGISTRATION FOR THE FIRST SEMESTER 2023/2024
Students are not allowed to leave early. Students can only register and pick up keys on the following dates:
Date : 7 & 8 October 2023 (Saturday & Sunday)
Time: 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
Place: College Sepuluh General Office
** Students are not allowed to pick up keys on behalf of friends or roommates. If this happens, students may be fined RM50.00 each.
